City of Darebin (Building Portfolio Audit)

As the Principal and sole contracted service provider, Macutex established a 3–year building condition assessment strategy and program with the City of Darebin.

Projects and services included, but were not limited to:

190 building condition audits and compliance assessments conducted between 2015 – 2017

One off single condition assessments of large commercial facilities

Statutory maintenance service provider performance evaluation and maintenance information reporting and management since 2015

Asset data consulting and information management system support

Project reporting deliverables included findings in MS Excel format, written summary reports and linked photographs.
