National Portfolio Asset Condition Register for Maintenance Program Support

ISS Facility Services (ISS) engaged Macutex to undertake an asset assessment and data collection program across one of its global brand client’s industrial and retail facility portfolio throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The collection of data supported ISS in the transition-in phase of a recently awarded multi-year comprehensive maintenance contract. This included ensuring an up to date and accurate asset register and condition baseline for future maintenance planning and contract performance management reporting.

The project comprised the visual inspection and recording of relevant information relating to building structure, fabric, fitout, services and site infrastructure.
