Making the Schedule of Condition Process Better for Local Government


We recently worked with a local council to create a Macuport ™ 3D Schedule of Condition Model including the following scope of works:
- An inspection of the subject premises to ascertain the level of condition.
- Inspect, photograph and detail ownership of lessor installed fixtures and fittings.
- Prepare the schedule incorporating photographs with limited text to record the condition of the subject property at a set date.
- As-built plans of the current internal layouts (inc. building services) were also included within the report (provided by the client).
This model also included an embedded downloadable Schedule of Condition report in PDF format. As a landlord, they now have an interactive, high resolution and accurate record of the condition of the premises at lease commencement. This helps minimise the risk of disputes from the tenant upon lease expiration.
