What's the process and what's included?

Your Virtual Tender Site Inspection 3D Model includes the following:

1. You complete the request for quotation form with details such as project location, type, extent of works and indicative procurement schedule
2. We send you a fixed lump sum quotation for approval
3. We will have initial discussions with you regarding your nominated capital works project and procurement objectives to ensure the outcome achieves what you are hoping for
4. We attend site and undertake a facility scan and create a 3D facility model based on a combined LiDAR and high definition 360 panoramic capture, inclusive of all areas and assets applicable to the proposed capital works
5. We tag and annotate the 3D model with applicable supporting information you provide to us such as tender documentation, company policies, previous reports of relevance, image/video files, URL links, text etc
6. We send you a URL link, with password protection if required, for you to include in tender documentation issued to tenderers that allows them to access the model through any web browser 24/7 with functionality such as ability to walk around the site viewing from different perspectives, ability to take measurements in the model for quantity and cost estimation, and accessing tender information in a more interactive manner
7. We host the 3D model for the full procurement period through to contract award
